About Double Wires

Double Wires launched online in 2007. Daiwei Jin crafted a stick figure that swings from two extendable cords. Each launch sends the figure arcing through space. Minimal art keeps attention on movement.

Players click the left mouse button to send one cord. Clicking the right button launches the other. Each cord grabs onto nearby platforms. The figure pivots and sails across floating blocks. The view scrolls sideways. A single fall ends the run.

There is no plot. The focus stays on timing and speed. The graphics stay lean with simple stick shapes. Players chase a distance count. This physics-based challenge attracted a loyal following.
