About LineBacker Alley 1
GlowMonkey released a free flash football arcade called LineBacker Alley 1. It challenges you to guide a running back past a line of linebackers and safeties. Scoring a touchdown finishes each round and a single hit throws you back to the start.
Arrow keys steer your player across the field. Hitting A spins out of any tackler. Power-ups appear on grass to boost speed or shield you. Each down brings a tougher pack of defenders.
This title skips any story and sticks to pure arcade action. It uses flash and stays in solo mode. A simple setup and rising challenge inspired later football arcades.
